Transformer oil used in transformers are to be professionally processed, many times the transformer oil is processed on the basis of crude oil, because the transformer oil used in transformers is relatively high, the quality must be good, manufacturers in the transformer oil is based on continuous processing, especially transformers in the use of transformer oil must ensure that the quality of passing, a variety of chemical properties are to be stable The transformer oil must be of high quality and chemically stable. Generally speaking, transformer manufacturers in the processing of transformer oil to carry out the following steps.

1, pressure filtration method: power transformers with insulating oil must have insulating properties and thermal conductivity (standard) in the installation site, commonly used pressure filtration method to complete the general drying (remove moisture) and purification (remove dirty) method of insulating oil.

2. open valves 8 and 11, then start the oil pump, then open valves 6 and 7. when stopping the oil, first close 6 and 7, then stop the oil pump, then close the valves of 8 and 11.

(2) normal operation, the pressure gauge 3 * 10 ~ 4 * 10 Pa pressure is normal work, if impurities and oil paper blockage, the pressure increases, when the pressure reaches 6 * 10 Pa, must stop, replace the filter paper.

(3) filter paper before use in 80-90 ℃ oven dry 24 hours, put in a clean container.

(4) The filter, cleaned every 10-15 hours, starts to filter oil within 3-5 minutes, the oil outlet hole is sent back to the dirty oil tank through valve 10 to be filtered again, and the oil accumulated in the filter is sent back to the dirty oil system through valve 9 to be filtered again. The above oil filtration should be carried out several times until the essence and dry qualified.

3、Transformer charged oil filtering.

(1) When the voltage is higher than 10V, it is not suitable to use charged oil filtration. The reason is that when filtering, more bubbles will be generated, and the bubbles will be free under the action of higher voltage, which will deteriorate the insulation performance of the oil and lead to internal discharge. When filtering oil with electricity, periodically bleed off the gas released from the oil in the gas relay.

(2) When filtering oil with electricity, the oil pipe and the oil filter should be reliably grounded to protect the personal safety of the staff, who should be professional, supervised and wearing good insulating supplies.

(3) Operation: 4 and 5 diagonal valve interface, connected to the pressure type oil filter buckle, valve 4 to pump out the oil, from the valve 5 to play back to the oil tank, filtered by a number of cycles until it meets the standard.
