SG11 series non-encapsulated H-class three-phase dry-type transformer has the advantages of safety, reliability, energy saving, fire prevention, explosion-proof, no harmful gas, no pollution to the environment, simple maintenance, etc.. It has advanced design, reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The main performance indicators are better than domestic standards, and maintain excellent electrical and mechanical properties throughout the service life. Product Features

●High and low voltage coils are made of Nomex ^® insulating material, and are dipped in paint several times by VPI vacuum pressurization equipment, sealed with high-strength H-grade green-insulating material and cured at high temperature to ensure that no partial discharge is generated under operating conditions.

● High-voltage coils are made of continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation (both high-voltage and low-voltage coils are made of Nomex ^® insulation material that can be used above 200°C for a long time), thus avoiding the shortcomings of multi-layer cylindrical coils with high inter-layer voltage, poor heat dissipation, easy thermal breakdown and low mechanical strength, thus improving the reliability of operation.
