Product Features

The core is rolled from amorphous alloy strips, with rectangular cross-section, three-phase five-column structure, no-load loss is three quarters lower than ordinary dry-type transformers, with significant energy-saving effect.

Low-voltage coil is wound with copper foil, high-voltage coil is made of epoxy resin by vacuum casting or choose Nomex® insulation material, with continuous structure, and impregnated by VPl vacuum pressurization equipment for many times H-class solvent-free insulation, high temperature baking curing, high mechanical strength, good heat dissipation, strong ability to withstand short-circuit.
